Insomnia is described as an unsatisfactory level of sleep, such as difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep or early-morning awakening and unable to return to sleep, and these sleep issues are related to daily functioning.

Development of the Thai Version of the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS-Thai)

Insomnia is a common condition in clinical practice. Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) is a simple questionnaire for insomnia assessment. The aim of this study was to develop and validate a Thai version of the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS-Thai) and a modified Athens Insomnia Scale (modified AIS-Thai).
